The tanks of the Piccinato Sergio S.r.l. company are approved based on the measurements of the chassis of trucks, lorries and agricultural tractors: in various cases it is possible to install the tank using the original supports and floats, with further integration of a non-return valve (as required by current legislation) at the inside the union.

Please remember that the positioning of the filler neck and the suction hole can be customized based on customer needs and on the basis of the characteristics of the vehicle, with the further possibility of a double suction hole, or suction tubes for refrigerators (vehicle and engine auxiliary).

HOW WE BUILD DIESEL TANKS
Diesel tanks are generally constructed of corrosion-resistant materials, such as stainless steel, aluminum, or glass-fiber-reinforced plastic. They can have different shapes and sizes depending on the application, but are generally designed to be sturdy and safe.

The tank has a fill valve for fuel and a drain valve for drainage. They are also equipped with a fuel level indicator, which can be mechanical or electronic, and a ventilation system to prevent the formation of flammable gases.

Diesel tanks can be mounted internally or externally to the propulsion unit, and are often equipped with a support system to avoid vibrations and shocks during operation. Periodic maintenance, such as cleaning and inspecting valves and pipes, is essential to ensure safe and reliable operation of your diesel tank.
